Hello! My name is Jojo and I am a freelance Talent Manager and Personal Assistant (PA). I provide a wide selection of services that can help you and your brand grow and lighten your burdens of content creation. I am a former Vtuber who decided to shift focus to do Vtuber Management which I have been working as since May of 2024. English is my main language and I live in the United States, so my timezone is CST/CDT. My hobbies include cosplay, napping, gaming, and eating good food. My services can be divided into two separate catergories depending on your needs: Monthly Guidance and Counseling. This is because a lot of clients might not need monthly guidance or just can't afford it. Prices are subject to change based on the kind of service you are seeking. As a reminder, my main way to communicate is preferably through Discord via text or voice as you feel more comfortable with. Email and Twitter/X is also an available means of communication.

Monthly Guidance

Social Media Managing ($75/30 days of work)
Includes a 30-day service during which I will take care of a requested social media or streaming platform. Guiding and aiding you at every step of content creation, providing you with a better understanding of the platform's structure, algorithms, and growth strategies to apply.Project Managing (from $100)
If you need to organize and plan any kind of event or project, I will take care of everything you need for that special occasion in the most effective way. I will handle every step of a project in production and advertisement.Vtuber Talent & Branding Managing ($150/30 days of work)
Includes a 30-day service in which I will guide you in every aspect of your career and provide services such as: Content Analysis, Data Analysis, Goal Setting, Brand Managing, Emotional Support, Time Managing, Project Managing Networking, Sponsorship and Affiliate Management. I will basically provide all the services I can in a single monthly package to the best of my ability.
<Limited Slots: STATUS OPEN>Vtuber Pre-Debut Package ($250)
This package is recommended for freshly new or in pre-debut process Vtubers who need aid into crafting a stable and successful brand, setting up socials, streaming platforms, designing your Vtuber model and lore etc. I will provide you with all the help you need during this crucial phase to get you started in the right way. You will also have access to my network of creators and artists.
<Not to exceed 6 months duration.>Vtuber Debut Full Package ($375)
This package is recommended for Vtubers who are ready to start planning their debut or already established Vtubers looking to redebut. I will provide you all the help you need during this crucial phase to get everything done in the most accurate and successful way. I will plan an effective social media strategy over a long period of time to help you efficiently advertise the event and will help you scheduling and organizing all that is needed. You will also have access to my network of creators and artists.

Counseling

Social Media Consultation ($35)
Includes a single time data and brand analyzing, profile presentation and posts review of one social media or streaming platform of your choice. We'll go through a list of improvements and I will help you have a better understanding of the algorithm, keywords, and SEO usage. I will also provide you a written document with a summary of my analysis and specific tips/reminders for your case.
<+$20 per each extra social or streaming platform you want me to analyze and help you with.>Vtuber Predebut & Debut Consultation ($65)
Includes a single time data and brand analysis of your profile and vtuber presentation. Project and social media strategy analysis to help you have a better start. We will go through everything you have/are about to prepare for your debut, analize and optimize the ocassion in the most effective way. I will make you a checklist for you to follow, with everything that's needed for your debut. I will lastly provide you a written document with a summary of my analysis, specific tips and reminders for your debut. You will also have access to my network of people to commission based on your necessity and likes.

Before contacting me, please be sure to read this:By becoming a client and commissioning my services, you acknowledge to have read, understood and accept the below terms of service which you agree to be bound to. Should you seek any clarification pertaining to my Terms of Service, don't be scared to just ask me questions.

Portfolio: Building a portfolio as a Talent Manager is not easy. Therefore, I reserve the right to use your profiles and content we worked on as references for my work if no contrary will is expressed. I will mainly place on my websites profiles of talents that I've been working with for at least a certain amount of time.
Termination: I will reserve the right to end our business relationship if any ill or bad behavior are occurring.
Disruption: I commit to communicate any disruptions that may impeded my ability to complete my services to my client ASAP. If something prevents me from posting or delivering my services for several days, I will add extra days to the serve at my discretion.

Communication

During the initial phase of our collaboration and the active months/period the client is responsible to communicate to me any key information about the service I'm providing. Since communication is a primary concept in this kind of relationships you are required to give me accurate information whenever asked so that I am able to effectively help you and decide if my services are suitable for your needs and goals.

Working Schedule

Unfortunately, touching grass is a necessary part of life, and I need to ensure that I can set aside some time on the weekends to do just that. Communication will also be unavailable or slowed when doing personal streams, or handling IRL responsibilities. However, outside of this, I will do my best to be available as much as possible to the Client. Kindly keep in mind that any large projects must be planned at least a week in advanced, and rush projects may incur extra fees.

Payments & Business Rights

You acknowledge that the agreed-upon payment for the services I provide is non-refundable.
By engaging with my services, the client hereby agrees to pay in full upfront unless we outline a payment plan beforehand. Partial payments shall not be deemed acceptable or permissible under any circumstances. If any additional services are added, an extra charge will be incurred, but I pledge to be upfront with my client about the changes.
Client owns all works product. To avoid confusion, work product is the finished product, as well as drafts, notes, materials, mockups, hardware, designs, inventions, patents, code, and anything else that we will be working on that is, conceives, creates, designs, develops, invents, works on, or reduces to practice- as part of this project, whether before the date of this collaboration or after.
I will be giving to the clients all of our works product rights, titles, and interests in and to the work product (including intellectual property rights), and the Client will be the sole owner of it only after the full payment has been made. The Client can use the work product however they want. "Work Product", for the purposes of these service(s) and contract will be defined as the Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, Advertising, and knowledge and counsel imparted from me to the Client for the duration of our collaboration period.
You agree not to chargeback unless a serious breach of our agreement has occurred. If you DO issue a chargeback despite services rendered, you will be completely blacklisted and I will take appropriate action against you.

Disclaimer

I can't make any guarantees. Success as a content creator comes down to multiple factors: quality, consistency, algorithms, timing, and luck.

The only things I can surely provide you is my full dedication to the services and project we are willing to bring, and a deep knowledge of the matter and strategies we are going to apply, but I remind you that this is a mutual collaboration where everyone has their roles, and I will be doing mine 100%. Results will also be shown based on the Client behavior.

FAQs

I'm new as a Vtuber. Can you help me grow?

I usually don't work with Vtubers who only started recently. That's because you first need to make your first steps on your own as a content creator before I can even offer you any valuable advice. Every person learns at a different speed but I usually take people in after 6+ months of Vtubing experience.

How much do your services last after payment?

I usually provide a monthly (30 days) service or single consultations, therefore once that period expires, you have no obligation to keep going with me!

Do I need to credit you for your services?

If you want, you are free to but you have no obligation to do so. Except for things like scripts, lores, and any kind of editing I provide to you, you are free to credit me or not!

Why would I pay a Manager?

First of all, I want to remind you that my services as a manager are a luxury and NOT a requirement to be a casual creator. But if you are serious about your business and you are looking to make your brand grow, I can help you speed up the process utilizing my Marketing and Communication knowledge. Also, we all know how hard it is to manage deadlines, schedules, social medias and all the other aspects of a project which are required to be taken care of if you want your business to have a constant growth and I can help you do that thanks to my organizing and managing skills which I had the chance to refine and put to use thanks to my studies.

How Do I Pay You?

I ask for payment upfront via Paypal invoice. I detail out exactly what is apart of our agreement so that both you and I are protected in the unlikely event something goes wrong. I make sure to document all work done so that there are no misunderstandings.

I'm not sure if you'd be the right Manager for me... Do you know other Managers I could work with?

Yes, of course! Not every Manager and Vtuber are a perfect fit for each other and I understand that I might not offer the services you're looking for. There is a big community out there with many Managers that'd be happy to work with you. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more!
